Each offering at Hearth + Womb is designed to honor the mother. Her body, her heart, her home, her becoming. My services blend practical care and support with ritual and sacred presence.

TIER ONE

2 prenatal visits
(ideally between 32-37 weeks) 
investment $375 

  • nesting session

  • feeding + hydration station setup

  • light home reset + flow planning 

  • postpartum planning guidance (rest, rhythms, roles and boundaries)

  • ​partner integration prep (how to support practically + emotionally)

  • simmer pot 

  • herbal foot bath 

  • printed postpartum checklist 

TIER TWO

postpartum care 
6 weeks, 2-3 visits/week (30-45 hours)
investment $1500-$2250 

  • curated postpartum snacks

  • herbal foot baths 

  • womb massage + belly binding

  •  herbal teas and infusions for hydration and to support healing 

  • light home reset (laundry, dishes, tidying)

  • nursery refresh 

  • postpartum care support (padsicles, breast care, soothing rituals, etc.)

  • emotional support + birth story weaving

  • fresh flowers each week

  • weekday voice and text support (set hours)

TIER THREE

prenatal+ postpartum care
2 prenatal visits + 6 weeks postpartum care (3x/week 60 hours) 
investment $3000 

Everything included in Rooted and Woven plus:

  • closing ritual (reflection and letter to self to be written, simmer pot aromatherapy, scalp/womb massage, closing of the bones)

  • mini astro reading for baby

  • a sacred + curated gift basket  

MORE OFFERINGS

  • extra week extension (prorated by tier)

  • one day visit reset $150 

  • nesting session (one day) $125 - in home, recovery and feeding station setup, home flow guidance, emotional prep suport

  • nourishment basket $100 - including snack and hydration options

  • birth story weaving $125 - birth story integration, written story in journal for you to keep, emotional processing 

  • mini astro reading for baby $100 - chart drawing and sign explanation for their core signs and traits
